In addition to in-person counselling, Catherine also offers distance counselling (telephone sessions) for clients who are unable to attend the office in person.  This option is often helpful for clients who live in remote areas, or for those with young children, lack of access to transportation, and/or physical difficulties which affect their ability to attend in-person sessions.

Catherine works both with clients who are accessing counselling services voluntarily, and those who have been court-mandated to obtain counselling services.  Documentation of a client's participation in counselling can be provided upon request.
